We went to Brett's parents house for the Father's Day and to celebrate Kami's birthday. We had tons of fun watching Gweniveve playing the the Plinko game that my father in law made, isn't it awesome??
We also enjoyed the pool, Gwenie loved being able to walk along the step.
It was that time of year again, we all got to pick Boysenberries and eat them from Dad's vines. It was Gwenie's first year and I don't think she liked them. He makes jam every year and submits it to the Orange County Fair and has won 1st place on numerous occasions. What will it be this year???
Last but not least, Grandpa took Gwenie on wheelbarrow rides, which she loved.
I almost forgot, I said that I would share the cards that Gwenie made for everyone, so here at the two cards that she made. Sorry I didn't get a picture of the end result after we wrote on them and everything.

Fun weekend! Gwen's cards look great. You are always so good to post about things as they happen- I am lucky if I post within a week.

How fun! That plinko game is amazing! Looks like a lot of work went into it. Was it just for Gwen? I love the wheel barrow rides and berry eating. My in-laws have the boysenberry vines also and the kids are always picking and eating them when we play in their yard. I don't mind except that they stain so I always try to strip them or dress them in pre-stained clothes. Maybe I should not worry and just let them enjoy their childhood:).
Oh my gosh! That brought back memories! I used to pick berries at my grandparents house when i was little like Gwen all the way until I was 5 and that is one of my favorite memories with them. That is so special, and it is great you have pictures to show her when she is older! Hey we are hopefully closing escrow this week and will start working on the place as soon as we close...:) We are going to start in your ward next weekend! And hopefully I will get to meet you and all the other fun girls and kids on Tuesday!

No he made it for activities for work and church, but I think Gwenie has played with it the most!
I love Gwen's art work...I wish I had that kind of patience to sit and do that with my boys! Hah...yah right!
hey darci- i read on abbys page you have a disneyland pass that works during the summer..so do we....soo when we EVENTUALLY meet maybe we should use them! all my friends ( including abby) have the one that is blocked out during summer!
