Lucille's is one of our favorite places to eat. It is just so yummy, the best BBQ that I have ever had. I was unable to enjoy the full yummyness of it since I just had my braces tightened and could not chew meat, huge bummer.
I only had my small camera in my bag, so I decided to make the pictures black & white since the quality was not very good.
Kami was hanging out with us because she had come down to look at some new BMW's. I am not a huge fan of BMW's, but the one that we test drove (I went with her while Brett & Gwenie had naps) had some really awesome gadgets.
Funny Discussion @ dinner:
Kami, " I am somewhat disgusted watching Gwenie eat. She is eating her Mac & Cheese then using the same hand to pick up her crayon and color then going back for more Mac & Cheese."
Brett, " I like watching her eat, it is entertaining. Remember when Mom used to stare at us eating, when we would sit on the stools at the kitchen counter? We always thought she was so weird. Now I understand why she did, because Gwenie is so entertaining when she eats."
Kami laughing, " I forgot she did that! We used to think why was she watching us?"
I was cracking up! You really do turn into your parents. (Mom, I thought you would like that, Brett can see it from your side now!)

Braces? YEAH! I paid for 4 children for braces and then the orthodude said - let's get them on you - they're not going to cost you anything hardly - so at 950 years old - I DID! Sorry bout the rolls -
Cute post, Darcie. Yes, we really do turn into our parents as we get older, as much as we try to resist it. But perhaps it's not all bad, is it?
Ya, but the mac n cheese hand was still gross to watch, I'm sorry! I love Gwen but that cheesy hand was seriously not my favorite so I have yet to understand why it's enjoyable to watch children eat! Maybe someday when I have my own it will be entertaining instead of gross!!!
I Love Love Love your everyday posts... everyday stuff, nothing huge, just living life day by day. You are my very best blogging example! Thus the reason I always call you the blogging queen.
Love you much,
Charise
How funny. I don't think my parents ever did that. The funny part is that obvioustly Brett and Kami were old enough to realize she was staring. Is it still cute when they are like 10 or 12? LOL. Ok, I hope they weren't that old.
