A really windy night out.

Walking from the car into the Honda center was crazy! The wind would push us back and we would laugh and try to press on. I can't remember it being that windy out in a long time. It was so nice to get out and go on a date. Brett's Dad gave us tickets to see the Ducks play and Brett's mom said she would come over and watch Gwenie. She even wanted to take her out to eat at Red Robin all by herself! I hear they had a lot of fun.

a windy night

We had great seats and were right behind the goalie in the first row. I got to see my first fist fight too. Well I saw a lot of those in high school, but I saw my first sports one in person. I was disappointed the last time we went to a Ducks game and there wasn't one, it is hockey, and that is what they are known for.

Wow, how fun! I love going to sporting events. It's a lot better than watching them on TV. It's nice to get some adult time!

I definately miss going to Ducks games, we used to have season seats as a family and would go to every game (except Sundays of course :)

I love date nights! Are you sure you weren't in Cedar City? I get so sick of the wind here...

BTW, cute coat!

How fun!! I was obsessed with hockey in college! We went to all the college hockey games and sat real close to the ice so we could watch all the fist fights up close!

That was a REAL date and I love it! You are right about hockey. I took Derek a few years ago for his birhtday and I was so MAD that there was no fight!!! It was a ducks/kings game too!
