school is in.

I have been looking forward to school starting all summer. Not because I will have kids in school, but because the lines at Disneyland are SHORTER.

Gwenie I and went last week and had tons of fun. We got to go on rides that we haven't been on in a while because they have long lines like:

Gwenie's favorite Casey Jr. We were Monkey's, we love the cage.



Dumbo. My friend Jamie and her 2 kids, Jillian & Carter met us there.



Peter Pan. This little guy kept following us as we waited in line. I took my smaller camera, so it isn't the best shot, but I love that he has a blue head!!! I have always loved Dragonflies and I even had a dish set with them on them.



We also went on the rides that we get to go on all the time. Can anyone guess which ride this is???



Hurray for school being in.

play date

We had a fun play date with Nicole and Jamie and kids. We don't get together much since we don't live close, so it is always picture time when we do. Who I am kidding it is always picture time for me :) The playground was super busy, but we found our own little area to play with the sand/woodchip toys.

Carter and Gwenieve. As you can tell from Gwenieve's face I don't think she liked the feel of the woodchips, she really takes after her Dad.

There was this awesome tree and I was trying to get Gwenie to smile next to it but she wanted nothing to do with it


Both Oliver and Gwenieve loved the ball and they were pretty good with the whole sharing thing

It is so hot, but so pretty out. The flowers are gorgeous and you have to be outside even though it is hot. Here are the pictures of Gwenie as we ventured outside in the 95 degree weather. I really love living here.
