the weekend.

Our weekend consisted of going to the Apple store @ the spectrum. Gwen knew right where the kids computer is. Brett got this on his iphone:

As we were leaving a lady walked by us with this little stroller and I looked in and there was a DOG in it. SERIOUSLY!?!?! When did walking your dog turn into walking them in a stroller? Come on people. This is the perfect example of why we are not dog people.

Then we went to the pumpkin patch so that Gwenie & Kailey could ride the ponies. Gwen is really into giving everyone hugs.

Finally it was Gwenie's turn.

FUN:
With it being the month of Halloween I decided to do a fun project with Gwenie. We made Happy Halloween cards for the Grandparents and for our friend Mason. Gwenie fingerpainted & put on Halloween stickers.

Then left her mark on them, I am trying to get her to "sign" her letters.

NOT FUN:

I don't know what made me think I could handle an outing when I just hurt my wrist. I never should have left the house on Friday when all of my friends were going to the pumpkin patch. It was not fun for me at all. Gwenie really didn't want to be there and I was in pain and really needing to get all packed for our weekend getaway. I went because I really wanted to just have some fun with Gwenie before I left for 3 days without her. I should have stayed home. These pictures look like we had fun, there was moments of it, but not really.





Doesn't she look like she is so full of herself. I love it!

Pumpkin Patch

Here is our first trip to the Pumpkin Patch, be prepared to see many more. Pumpkin Patches are so great. They have so many things to do and for those of you that are like me they are picture perfect! I love October! This weather better start behaving, I am all ready with my fall clothes, but how can you wear them when it is 90 degrees outside, you can't! My jeans have been calling my name, I promise I will wear you soon jeans. It was a hot morning but we still had tons of fun.

Here is all the kids, Gweniveve was upset she just wanted to go and see the animals....



So that is what we did next. You know from previous posts that she loves animals, today was no exception.
