Yesterday Gwenie had surgery. She needed her Tonsils & Adenoids removed with possible tubes in her ears. We woke up really early for an early surgery. 4:45 am.
Luckily the pre-op room had lots of toys for Gwen to play with. She loved it.
It was crazy for me to think of Gwenie going under the knife especially since I have never been under. After surgery it was ruff for hours since she was crying alot, frustrated, kicking and couldn't really breath well and it was so hard to watch. The Dr. came around to check on her and gave us this picture of her Tonsils:
Nice huh? He also told us he didn't have to do tubes he just cut and drained her ears.
Luckily Melodie was here watching Penelope for us and then she played with Gwen so that we could rest.
Today is going better and we had some fun wrestling this morning.
