2 cute 4 U

Our neighbors have a daughter, Kailey, who is 4 years old and they have been home this week (usually she goes to a babysitter) and we have been having fun playing outside with her. Yesterday she brought out her CAR. She can drive it and go forwards and backwards. So I strapped Gwenie in with her for the ride and it was so fun.

Don't you love Kailey's personal license plate??

If you press the horn it plays music, and it was the perfect music to get Gwenie dancing, even though after awhile the music got really annoying. Kaylee wanted to take a picture of us dancing so here is the picture that she took of us.

let's dance

As I was getting out my 4th of July decorations, I got this cute picture of Gwenie. Who is ready to have fun in the sun and celebrate this hot and crazy holiday?!?

ready for the 4th??

I LOVE the 4th of July...it's my favorite holiday of the year! We'll be at YOUR parents' house this year...yay! And I love triple barrel curling irons...I used to do mine like that all the time before kids!

Fun little car! Man, that's every kids dream to have one of those.

Your hair looks cute wavy like that. That curling iron is cool. My sister Meredith (we live with her) has one of those and I've been meaning to try it for a while. It's so great to have a teenager in the house. She keeps me current on what's going on!

Love that car! Those things are pretty cool. Our neighbor has one that Mason likes to ride, but it only fits one kid at a time. We're sad we're not spending the 4th with you guys -- what this would have been the 9th year in a row that we spent it together!? It is such a travesty to be breaking that tradition!!! I have a blog post all ready to go about it! :) But you'll have to wait until Friday to see it!

Erin, Can't wait to read about it. I know we feel the same way, it is going to be weird to be with his parents.

So cute. Looks like a good time. I remember putting Jill in a little golf cart type care with her cousin at about this same age. I was a little afraid she might fall out but she didn't and she loved it. Love the patriotism!

Jay, This one had seat belts, so I didn't worry.
