My mom called to tell me that as she was cleaning out things she found a Mother's Day card that I had written to her when I was 10 years old. It made both of us laugh so hard over the phone I convinced my Dad (thanks again Dad!) to take a picture of it so that I could put it up on my blog. It is so funny to hear what I wrote to my mom when I was 10. So here is a peak into little Darci's mind:

My Favorite Mom
My mom is neat and cuddly too! She looks good but she thinks she is fat. I think she is medium. I like going shopping for some clothes. And shopping for food especially Pace. My mom is good a good sewer! Lots of people come and have her sew for them. I kind of hate it because I can hardly spend time with her. But she earns lots of money. She helps do my homework and cleans my clothes. She also gives me ideas for projects. She is a good mother to me. My mom likes baseball, basketball, football.
What a crack-up huh??!!?? Apparently I loved Pace Picante Sauce (still do). Plus I love that I said " I think she is medium" I just think that is so funny, where did I get that from????

That is priceless. I was cracking up at the fact that she is medium! I can't believe you wrote that! Kids can be so funny. Seriously...Pace?!?!!! I never knew a 10 year old could be so in love with salsa!!! You're funny!
