Since becoming a mom I am always on. I can never figure out how to turn myself off. I really don't think you ever can, once you are in you are in for life. You always have to be "on" because you have to always be ready/prepared. You are always watching your children and/or child and there is never a moment when you can turn yourself off. Even when someone else is watching Gwenvieve I am worried about her getting off of her schedule or just always thinking if she is ok, etc, etc.
I know this is just one of those things that you have to become when you have kids and it is all worth it. Especially if you can get away to this place......
I have been dying to see the Haunted Mansion all decked out for the holidays especially since Gwenie & I have never seen it before.
I like taking my small camera to Dland since it is easier, but after looking at these pictures I wish I had taken my nicer/bigger one you really can't beat its quality.
It was so hot! We only stayed to go on Haunted Mansion and then met Abby to go on Toy Story then we left, but it was worth it. Disneyland always makes me happy and I loved seeing the Haunted Mansion, Gwenie loved it too. She is always so good at Disneyland.
As we were leaving I got someone to take our picture infront of Pumpkin Mickey, isn't he cute? Why did they cut off his ears though?!?!

That looks like so much fun! I love it decorated for Halloween, I can't wait to go to the Trick or Treat night soon! I'm jealous, I so wish that's how I spent my Wednesday!

This posting is me. I had the opportunity today to have just the baby at home but I decided to go to Disneyland because I am happy when I am there (too bad we weren't there at the same time).
You are so lucky, it is times like this that make me miss CA. I love Disneyland (used to work there too) and I love love love the Nightmare before Christmas Haunted Mansion!! What a fun day for you two!

I love Halloween! I've always wanted to visit Disneyland during this time, but never had! Kids make Halloween and Disneyland even more fun, don't you think?
How funny we just went to Disneyland on Wednesday and Thursday. I wonder if we were there the same time. We took a little mini vacation. Love all your pics and love when it's all decked out for Halloween. The kids enjoy it and it makes it a lot of fun. The bummer thing about someone else taking pictures is you have no idea what you are going to get. Too bad they cut off the ears. It's still a cute picture though.
Oh Yeah, about the always being "on". Totally agree. Sometimes I wish I could turn it off though...like when you're sick. Mom's are just not allowed to be sick. Taking care of kids and hubby when you're feeling like you want to die is just aweful. Otherwise I don't mind always being on. It's nice to feel needed!
