Now that I am almost finished with Gwenie's quilt ( I won't be finished really until Thanksgiving, as I need to take it to my mom to teach me a really cool trick on the closer/binding of the quilt) I thought since I was in the mode of sewing I would make one for me.
Now I know that alot of my posts have been full of sewing, but I am in my sewing mood. It usually comes about every couple of months or longer and I go on a HUGE binge and do lots of project, remember this post? That was my last phase.
I guess this will be my "quilting" phase, which is really appropriate since it is getting to be winter and cold. The perfect time to make a quilt, especially for me, I am always cold. Now I am somewhat nervous as I just went and bought the material and it is going to be a bigger quilt then I have done before, but hey I need a quilt too, huh??? I am going to make mine with all different sizes of squares.
Like this quilt, but in my colors. I love all the different sizes of squares, but who knows I might change my mind.

Looks great! BTW, I use bare escentuals for my makeup...I LOVE it! It makes my skin feel like I am not wearing makeup, but looks flawless! You should try it!
Ohhh cute fabric! When you are done, can i pay you to make me one? I want one so badly to go over my bed!!

Loved all the bloggs, I especailly like that you are sewing, there are so many things out there to make, I remember when our neighbor Dixie and I made Little Stuffed Holly Hobby Dolls for each of our girls (you weren't born) with bonnets and everything. We had such fun, and even made little leather looking shoes for them. Quilt are the best though, because the are an inheritance for your family. I treasure the ones my mom made for all of you. You are almost inspiring me. I think i'll need to see the finished product before I run out and buy a sewing machine. But I love quilts too, and there's nothing like giving someone something you put your heart and soul into.
I love the colors and prints of the fabrics! How fun, can't wait to see the final product. It is creative ideas like this that makes me wish I knew how to sew :D

OH ha ha ha ... I just realized that this title 'for me' is the same one that i did for my post yesterday with my fabric 'for me'. I honestly didn't realize it until I just came back here looking for this post and saw your title ... ha ha ha. No wonder on my comments you said "for me, lol!" We are thinking the same!
