A visitor.

So I wish I could say that my visitor was a great and beautiful thing like when Erin was visited by this. But no. That. did. not. happen. to. ME.

We were outside today and hanging out with our neighbors, Kailey and her parents, when Brett starts laughing his head off and tells Chris and Andy to look at what was on my back. I , of course, start freaking out. What is it?!?!? GET IT OFF!!! It got worse when Andy and Chris were saying, no way, how did that get on there? Ya, that did not help my panic.

Brett shouts as he is running for the house " I HAVE to get the camera". Ok. So that TOTALLY started to freak me out since he NEVER says that. Andy tells me, don't worry it is not going anywhere. I thought in my head is it a frog, a spider??? Then for a lovely moment I thought it might be a butterfly, how cool would that be?

By this time I am biting my nails and totally frozen in place. Brett runs back outside with the camera, still not telling me what it is. They said that I would see what it was on the camera. Brett takes his time and then has Andy take the pictures since he hates taking pictures. This is what I saw in the view screen on the camera.

a visitor

GROSS!!!! I yell at Brett to get it off and they are all laughing especially since it left a trial on my sweatshirt.

leaving a trail

Totally gross. He takes it off, and I take off my sweatshirt and throw it in the wash! Then Brett tells me to put this on the blog (ok, who is this weirdo?) because he knows his cousin Nicole looks at it and he knows that she HATES snails. I hope you like the pictures Nicole. Atleast it did not happen to you.

Ugh! Yuck, Yuck, Yuck! I had to scroll down so I couldn't see the snail on your back to finish reading. That is totally disgusting. How in the heck did it get on your shirt? I can't even tell you how competely disgusted and terrified I would have been. My first instinct is to start whacking. Good thing that wasn't your first instict. Totaly nasty!

I think it is funny, but I know you would be grossed out! I am glad they got pictures of it though! You must have been sitting still for awhile to let it move so far!

Okay how the heck did it get on your shirt in the first place? Eww! By the way I love love the header! Those picutes of Gwen in the "water" puddle are exceptional.=) It kindof makes me laugh that you got images of her playing in clear beautiful water and the images I get are of my boy playing in muddy puddles.

Just to let both of you know I have been seeing the image of the darn snail on Darci's back from the moment I saw your post. I guess I will never be able to sit on grass or on a stump ever again without the thought that a nasty snail might try to attack me...Thanks Brett! (I'm laughing but I'm also half serious)

hahahahahahahaha. Ok, so it's funny to me - but I'm sure you weren't laughing. Lucky you didn't have a big black crow spot the snail, and dive down for lunch. Now THAT would be a story... hahahahah Wanna go out for some escargot?
